Battle Born Ammunition & Firearms, Inc is open!!  We will remain open through this declared state of emergency.  Our hours have changed, we are opening at 10:00am so that we can do our best to get the background checks started at 8am.  WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO ENSURE PROPER SOCIAL DISTANCING, SO WE ASK THAT IF YOU ENTER THE STORE AND THERE ARE MORE THAN 8 OR 9 CUSTOMERS INSIDE TO PLEASE WAIT OUTSIDE UNTIL SOME LEAVE.  DUE TO STEVE SISOLAK'S MASK DIRECTIVE PLEASE FOLLOW HIS DIRECTION AND WEAR A MASK.  WE UNDERSTAND THAT THERE ARE THOSE WHO CANNOT WEAR MASKS, WE WILL NOT REFUSE SERVICE TO THOSE THAT CANNOT WEAR A MASK. 

IF YOU ARE PENDING A BACKGROUND CHECK, AN ORDERED FIREARM, OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT AN EMAIL WILL COVER, PLEASE JUST EMAIL EITHER SALES@BATTLEBORNAMMO.COM OR KRISTY@BATTLEBORNAMMO.COM.  WE WILL CALL YOU AS SOON AS YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK CLEARS OR AS SOON AS YOUR ITEM COMES IN. WE ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER OUR PHONES AT TIMES AS 90% OF THE CALLS ARE CONCERNING AVAILABILITY OF STOCK (AMMO, GUNS, ETC) AND UNLESS YOU ARE IN THE PARKING LOT, IT WILL CHANGE BY THE TIME YOU WALK IN.  WE ARE GETTING DELIVERIES DAILY.  SOME DAYS IT'S NEW GUNS, SOME IT'S NEW AMMO AND SOME DAYS IT'S BOTH!!  

NRS 414.155  Limitations on emergency powers relating to firearms.  Pursuant to Amendment II of the Constitution of the United States and Section 11 of Article 1 of the Constitution of the State of Nevada, and notwithstanding any other provision of law, the emergency powers conferred upon the Governor and upon the executive heads or governing bodies of the political subdivisions of this State must not be construed to allow:
      1.  The confiscation of a firearm from a person unless the person is:
      (a) In unlawful possession of the firearm; or
      (b) Unlawfully carrying the firearm; or
      2.  The imposition of additional restrictions as to the lawful possession, transfer, sale, carrying, storage, display or use of:
      (a) Firearms;
      (b) Ammunition; or
      (c) Components of firearms or ammunition.

We may limit our hours, if we do, we will post the new hours.  We will be postponing our CCW classes for the next month, we are now producing our own ammunition so we will also have that.  We are ordering and most of our vendors are pretty well stocked.

We would ask that you NOT call, email or message for stock availability as it changes hourly and we would hate to tell you we have something in stock just for it to leave before you get here. 

We will be observing the "social distancing" and ask that you do the same.  We aren't going anywhere!!  We are growing our business day by day and we thank you for your part in that.  We will allow no more than 10 in the store at a time and ask you to check before you walk in.  If you have a cough, cold etc, we ask that you stay home.  We are happy to bring our background check form to your vehicle, just text us at 775 684-9168, or call the store at 882-4867 we can bring your firearm out, take care of payment, etc so that you can stay in your vehicle.
